The DBSC Sailing Instructions allow a boat to change its sail number during the season, using the form below.  The new sail number will be used until the end date given on the form, unless another form is submitted.  

For keelboats, 24 hours notice of a sail number change is required.  See Sailing Instruction A16.

For dinghies, the form must be submitted at least 5 minutes before the new sail number is used.  There are restrictions on dinghy sail numbers – see Sailing Instruction D12. “
